Maxwell's Mochi | Our Story

Built on bold flavors and borrowed traditions

Maxwell's Mochi opened in Fayetteville in November 2024 with a simple idea: bring cultures together through food that's genuinely fun to eat. Chewy mochi donuts, Korean bulgogi bowls, Taiwanese fried chicken — all under one roof at Freedom Town Center.
What Fayetteville was missing

What Fayetteville was missing

There was nowhere in Fayetteville to grab a bulgogi bowl and a pull-apart mochi donut in the same visit. We opened to fill that gap with something bold, multicultural, and a little unexpected.

Made from rice dough — pillowy inside, lightly crisp outside, designed to pull apart into satisfying rings. Flavors rotate through birthday cake, churro, hazelnut, cookies and cream, and more.

The people who make it work

The people who make it work

A guest came in for popcorn chicken and left converted after our team recommended the peach mango tea with mango jellies. That kind of genuine hospitality is what we bring to every order.
