Built on bold flavors and borrowed traditions

Maxwell's Mochi opened in Fayetteville in November 2024 with a simple idea: bring cultures together through food that's genuinely fun to eat. Chewy mochi donuts, Korean bulgogi bowls, Taiwanese fried chicken — all under one roof at Freedom Town Center.

What Fayetteville was missing

There was nowhere in Fayetteville to grab a bulgogi bowl and a pull-apart mochi donut in the same visit. We opened to fill that gap with something bold, multicultural, and a little unexpected.

The mochi donut, up close

Made from rice dough — pillowy inside, lightly crisp outside, designed to pull apart into satisfying rings. Flavors rotate through birthday cake, churro, hazelnut, cookies and cream, and more.
